XP Home OS & XP Pro Office

Yes. Office XP Pro is just the name given to one of the several Office XP
suites, which differ from each other only in the number of Office
applications they include (e.g some come without Access or Powerpoint, etc.),
but any one application (e.g. Word) is the same in all the suites.

The differences between Windows XP Home and Pro are mainly related to
network and administration management features that Pro has and Home lacks
(and which are not generally needed by a home user with a stand alone PC or
small home network), but the basic OS is otherwise the same.
