XP Home won't Update # KB825119

Hi, Windows Update will download secrity patch KB825119,
but won't install it. I tried to uninstall and redo the
process with no luck. this is for a fix to Help and
Support Center. Help would be greatly appreciated.tx

In the list of newsgroups, choose Windows, then Windows Update and ask your
