XP in conflict w/ 2000

Hey,

It's seems that you may have a corrupt installation of
Office 2000 or something is prohibiting it from running
the uninstallation wizard to completion.

What I would recommend is that you clean boot the system
and limit the amount of stuff that is running when you
start the system up. You can use the following article to

Also recommend downloading/using the Windows Install Clean Up utility
(msicuu.exe).

Assuming your running NT/2000/XP... Otherwise, for Windows 95/98, try the
other one (msicu.exe).
