There's been many very helpful threads regarding Web Access users who
are not able to see information from the grid. The issue is that
after going to a grid page the users are prompted with 'Loading
data....' and nothing returns.
We too encountered this problem and followed all of the advice and
nothing seemed to work. Finally we 'Repaired' Office XP on the
machine with the original CD. This resolved the problem.
