XP malfunction=(

Whenever I open Microsoft word, it says an error has
occured and closes immediately. I have no idea what
happened to it... I regularly use a virus scan, so I
don't think that's the problem. I tried to download some
updates because I thought that would fix it, but
apparently I need a CD to finish installing it... the
installation calls for microsoft office xp professional
with frontpage. I'm not really sure what that is... I
tried all the cd's that came with my computer and none
worked... how can I make microsoft word work again???

My microsoft word has the exact same problem that your
does. Have you managed to fix your yet? if so could you
tell me how coz i need word back.
