XP & ME & Front Page

Can anyone explain why front page will not publish
correctly if created using XP copied over to another
computer to publish (operating system of ME) and web site
will not publish correctly. Published from the XP
computer everything is just fine. WHY????

Hi Nan: How did you "copy" to other machine? Hopefully, you opened site live
and published to new machine, or published to folder on old machine, then
burned CD and copied to new. If you did not, not all files will be
transfered.

did it a couple of ways, neither worked. Did a copy using
windows explorer where we copied all (selected all first)
the files from the "my web" directory to the diskette and
you are right not all the files copied especially in the
derived directory. Did a save as in publisher to the
diskette. Looks like its right on the 2nd machine just
won't publish correctly on the second machine due to
missing files. 2nd machine is the faster connection & the
one with ME. How should we have really done this?
