I have sent some users a webpage that i've created from powerpoint and
everyone has no problem viewing the HTML file and hearing the sounds
(animation) in my webpage. I also have background music running in the HTML
home page.
But strangely, users of XP professional cannot hear the sounds (animation)
but they can hear the background music though. I had thought it is cos they
do not have powerpoint - but they do. So they do not require runtime
animation add-in by MS downloads.
What is it that these XP prof users should do to hear the animation?
