XP runtime for secured application

Hi,
I built an FE/BE application secured (Access XP SP3). So
the 'Administrator' standard account haven't any more
rights in my application.
I can't run the runtime wizard on it.
If I give back the rights to the administrator, it runs
good. But the application is not completely secured
anymore. And now the file generated by the wizard is
a .CAB file (in the previous versions, the files were 'as
is' in the directory so we were able to change them
afterwards)
So, what can I do to have a runtime version of my
application secured ?
Thanks a lot for your answers
Best regards
John

I found the solution :
we musn't run the wizard from Start/Programs/
but install it as a complement in access and run it from
the secured session of the access application
