XP to 2003 Upgrade Not Detected

Hello,
I'm having a problem I haven't seen before when upgrading office from XP. When the installation gets to the user informaiton page, it contains only '-' and does not detect the user information from the current office XP install. I'm hesitant to proceed becasue I worried it thinks it is a new install. Anyone hit this before? Thanks!

Don't worry, if it thinks it IS a new install, then it won't let it commence
without first verifying your eligibility.
