I recently started upgrading or PC's from Office XP to
Office 2003. In office XP an Outlook icon was placed on
the desktop. By right clicking and going to properties
you could created different profiles and have access to
the data files. This icon doesn't appear when I
installed 2003. How do get to these features. I have a
users whose profile is messed up. I just want to blow it
away and recreate it.
