xsi:nil and INCLUDETEXT field

Hello,

I am attempting to import XML vlaues into a Word document via the
INCLUDETEXT field. My XML (from InfoPath) contains an xsi:nil="true"
attribute and value. When this attribute is present anywhere in the document,
there is an error importing the XML file. If it is removed, all is well. Is
there any information/workaround for this save removing the attribute
progrmmatically? Thanks.
