xsl to xml problem during load

FilesI use xsl to create the following xml file, but when I open it with
excell I get either a blank worksheet with the name I provided or I get
"Problem Duing Load and a path to a log file at C:\Documents and
Settings\MyUser\Local Settings\Temporary Internet\Conten.MSO.

That path does not exist

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this xml
