Y can't I make a new appt after synching with my blackberry

All of a sudden I cannot make new appointments or change existing
appointments since I synch up with my blackberry. What did I do wrong?

What happens when you try?
Which version of Outlook are you using?

I'm using Outlook 2007 and it just shows the new appointment button as faded
grey as well as the button to save an close an existing appointmnet. It's
funny it just started doing this after I synchronized with my phone.
