I use YahooPlus and am trying to POP to Outlook 2003. I can receive email,
but not send. Error message: Specified server found, but no response, pls
verify port and SSL... I have tried the 25 and 465 port

Since you are paying for your Yaoo account, your best bet is to contact
Yahoo support.

Outbound server should be: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.com'. Use port 465, and SSL. Set
your client to authenticate to the server.
