Sharing the account is NOT the same as sharing the same instance of Outlook.
Are all these workers actually sharing the same login (which means no user
security) on the same host for the same instance of Outlook under the same
mail profile?

Did you configure the POP account (defined under however many mail profiles
are defined under that shared login) to "leave messages on server"? Are you
sharing the same instance of Outlook under the same Windows account? Or are
you sharing the same e-mail account (i.e., multiple clients polling the same
e-mail account up on the mail server)?

You never mentioned WHICH version of Outlook that you use. For OL2003, go
to Tools -> Options -> Other -> Reading Options and disable the "Mark items
as read" option. Of course, that applies to only THAT particular instance
of Outlook which you might be sharing. And, of course, anyone using that
instance of Outlook while logged under the same shared Windows account can
also change those options.

You need to better explain what "sharing" means.

Oh, I see you already asked this SAME question all of 4 minutes later in a
diverted subthread under your "How do i receive other folder then Inbox thru
pop3?" thread.
