yearbook/annual

Hey
Does somebody know about the possibility of using
Publisher with Access in order to make an annual/yearbook.
I know you can make an annual by using the repport-tool in
Access but Publisher offers much more from the point of
view of presentation.
So, if somebody has information about this, I'll be
waiting for you to tell me !
Thx Monty

This would be possible (although rather impractical) for a person-a-page
yearbook in Publisher 2002 or 2000, but Publisher 2003 would come into its
own in this area and for a yearbook style where there was more than one
person on each page.

Monty depends on how much information you need to merge. The Merge function
in Publisher is *very* basic and you would more than likely have to export
your information from Access into CSV and then merge the information in
Publisher. Publisher will also only allow one field per page.

Not quite: I found a way around the last limitation. I simply moved the
fields from the additional pages to page 1 and then deleted the
now-unnecessary pages. Worked fine, except for the lack of formatting I've
already belabored.
