The vertical bar on the left of the Task name ?
It means that the scheduled finish date is close to the current date...

I'm sorry, but the finished schedule date has already passed, so then the bar
should be red. Maybe there is another solution?

You are right,
I think that orange (yellow?) means that the project manager did an update
of the task in Project Professional and then published the project. so the
assignement is updated.

In my first post, I confused with the color of the cell in the Finish
column!
