Yellow hand in IE

A German users reports that since installing/activating IN (under Vista)
in IE the cursor has become a "yellow hand".
He says to have uninstalled ON but the "Send to OneNote"-add-in still
remains in list of available add-ins (now deactivated).

As I never have heard of such kind of "yellow hand" cursor, nor seen
anything loke that:
Has anybidy experienced this?

The problem could be solved meanwhile. As I had assumedit had nothing to
do with ON and was an issue of IE.

Hi Rainald,

No idea what may have caused this. A good place to start troubleshooting
would be in the Control Panel \ Mouse application. Scroll through the
"Pointers" tab and see which Icon state is set to use the yellow hand. I'd
also check to see which Scheme is being used (that's the dropdown at the
top). You should be able to undo the change here, but that won't explain
what went awry.

Thanks for the reply, Jihn.
As said, it had nothing to do with ON, it was an IE problem.
