Please help,
I need a formula for data validation that accept only "Yes" and "No"
values. Thanks.

No, I don't need list. Only I want validation that allow user to input
in cell Yes or No value.
Sorry on my bad English.

Dragan, that will only allow yes an no to be put in the cell, could you
explain a little more about what you want to do?

Dragan, you already have a list:Yes and No. These are 2 values, Excel
regards this as a list. Try to follow Paul's advice and use Data =>
Validation =>Settings. In the 'Allow' box, choose 'List'. You will see a box
called "source'. Directly input into this box all values that you want to
allow, separated by commas, e.g Yes,No
