Server runs MS IIS 4.0
FP98 Server Extensions installed.

One user uses FP98 another uses FP2003 publishing simple html pages to the
same website - No bells or whistles just includes being used. Is there any
known issues with a setup like this?

ps:FP2003 times out much more than FP98 with this sever. Server extensions
issue?

No. Simple HTML is simple HTML no matter what program produces it.
