You've got it!
Create three new queries with =Date() -1. Then make three
subreports/forms and add them all to one final
report/form. It would also probably be nice if the
entries we listed in the order entered? Or by room
number? or by staff/individual making the entries, or by...

Dan, if you post answers to people's questions, please post a Reply
and keep the Subject line the same. Otherwise you will break the
thread in many newsreaders, and neither the person to whom you are
replying nor anyone else will be able to tell what you're talking
about! It's also polite to trim the message to which you are replying
to show enough of the context to make sense of your answer.
