This question has been asked before and on multiple forums but the M
answer is not helpful. I received a trial edition of th
student/teacher office 2003. It came preinstalled. When I needed t
reformat and start over the Toshiba Recovery CD installed the tria
again. I followed all steps to buy the real one and activate it and wa
given a Key. I tried to convert the trial using this key. It seems t
accept it and attemps to do the conversion. But it gets to a poin
saying files are missing, beginning with YI561403.cab. I don't have a
Office CD, only the trial stuff that is some place on the Toshib
Recovery CD, but I can't find individual CAB files on this CD. So
have paid the money and now can't activate it. Telling me it is on th
CD is not helpful. It is not on the CD in any recognizable form. I liv
overseas and don't have the CD that has supposedly been mailed to m
after purchase. Does this one contain the files I need? Is ther
anything I can do since I can't get that new CD into my possession a
this time?
