I am working with a user in Outlook 2003 who sometimes can not forward an
email message to a particular user. The error message is "You do not have
permission to send to this recipient."

If we select multiple recipients there is a chance that one in the group may
get the message, but the rest of the recipients bounce back and the sender
receives message "You do not have permission to send to this recipient."

This seems to be a hit or miss situation and looks to be isolated to one
specific sender.

Any ideas what to try?
