"You do not have the necessary permissions to use the ..."

Jeff

I had to reinstall my OS and in the process my system.mdw was completely
deleted.

And No I don't have a backup copy of it.

Now, once I have everything up and running again I am unable to open one of
my Access databases. I am getting the following error: "You do not have the
necessary permissions to use the (path to my database) object. Have your
system administrator or the person who created this object establish the
appropriate permissions for you".

I know this is because the database was created and originally part of an
access security workgroup, which has since been deleted. I have tried to
create another workgroup and open the file using a shortcut with switches for
the system.mdw file and /user Admin, but I continue to get the same error.

Does anybody have any suggestions of to get my DB open?

Any Cracking utilities tha could help ?

Pleas Help !!

Thank you,
Jeff
