you do not have the necessary permissions

I need help.
I have a front-end DB that I can no longer open but I can open the backend
DB.
My PC was recently re-imaged and I don't think the current system.mdw is
correct. I inherited this DB and I'm told it did not have a password but now
I'm receiving the "you do not have the necessary permissions..." error
message. How to I fix?
