(Office XP Pro with 3rd Update and WINXP Pro)

After clicking "Send and Receive," I get a red "X" error
message "You don't have appropriate permission to perform
this operation."

The account tests OK under the Tools-Email Accounts tab
feature.

This account used to work perfectly. This error occurred
some time ago now and I have never found a fix. I cannot
associate it with any particular change with my system.

WIN USER 1 - administrator account (Outlook works fine)

WIN USER 2 - limited account (Outlook gives the above
error but the email acct tests OK)

What I have tried...
1) Creating a new user profile and creating a new pop3
email account with USER 2 acct info that tests good but
you still get the error when clicking send and receive.

2) Tried "Limited" or "Administrator" accounts and I get
the error message either way.

3) Gone into the registry and added permission - full
control (folder and subs) for USER 2 to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office

4) Repaired Outlook (Office) from the help tab.

5) Installed OFFICE XP Udpate 3.
