"You have no new tasks assigned to you." - NOT TRUE

In PWA, resources who have been assigned tasks in published projects still
receive the "You have no new tasks assigned to you." message. What could
cause this?

Are you seeing errors in the server application event log? Please post them

What is the booking type? If it is proposed, they will not receive the home
page announcement (but they can see the assignments in project views).
