"You have not submitted your time..." question

I am running into an issue with users home page messages where they are
being notified that "You have not submitted your time..." for three time
periods.



When I initially setup their server, I had utilized managed time periods but
switched to unmanaged time periods.



I simply changed the radio button on the PWA page to non-managed time but
believe that I neglected to remove the managed time periods when doing so.



Now, when I enable the managed time period function, I can see three time
periods, which correspond to the time sheet warning messages about not
submitting their time. I believe these are causing the warning messages but
I cannot remove them as they are grayed out and the Delete icon is
unavailable.



Has anyone run into this, is my deduction correct and how can I remove the
grayed out time periods?
