You should support available through on-line chatting

My husband works as on on-line refernce librarian. If someone needs help
researching things on line they simply click a button and have an on-line
conversation with someone right then who can help them. I think it would be
wonderful if you offered some technical support in the same fashion. I
currently have what I'm sure is a very quickly solvable issue but I don't
know enough of the right language to find what I need in the help options.
If I could simply explain my problem very briefly to someone who really knows
the program I'm sure they could help me out in a matter of a couple minutes.

If you had "simply explained your problem very briefly" in this message,
rather than writing this "suggestion", you probably would have been reading
the solution to your issue right now.
