I manage Small to midsized Projects ranging from 30 minutes, to a couple
weeks long. I am notified via a project application that a project is
awaiting my approval. I take the approval and drop it into Tasks, assign an
estemated amt of time the project will take, and use the task to assign the
project to one of 6 technicians. It would be great if those tasks were then
transfered into their calanders,by day assigned, taking up the block of time
i assign it, and i could look at their calander to see where i could add more
or had too much assigned.
