Your timesheet has not been submitted

Hi:

I want to automatically notify my resource when he doesn't update his
timesheet. I want that to be done through the project server.

I have seen once that there was a message that appeared in homepage of a
resource's timesheet "your timesheet has not been submitted".

But, now it is not the case with the project server. Now, how to do this.

Any thoughts on this would be greately appreciated.
