YTD Resource Assignment view missing projects from YTD Project vie

We have MS Project Server 2003 and run YTD reports of hours per project off
of the Resource Assignment view. Some projects/hours that appeared in August
reports are not appearing now. Time frame for the disappearing projects is
March-May time for the most part. I do have All Assignments choosen, no
filters turned on. Same Saved Link used in both cases. No similiarities
spotted yet, but I have found this happening with at least two people. These
projects and hours do appear on views in Project Center. The projects are in
MSP, with committed resources, and have been republished out to PWA. They
still do not appear in the resource assignment view. We are stumped. Does
anyone have any other ideas?

Are the booking types for these resources on these projects set to
"Proposed" instead of "Committed"? Just a thought.
