z-index and layering

Hello everyone,

What I'm trying to do is, given a set of coordinates, trace these
coordinates on an ActiveX control on a form with lines. I have the code down
pat, but the problem is that that the lines appear underneath the image and
no amount of send to back/bring to front has been able to solve this.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated
