Zap Downloaded Template

I downloaded a pretty cool home inventory application from MS Templates but
it has quite a bit of sample data already.

How can I clean out the sample data so I can start over?

From the database window goto Tables, run a table by clicking on it, select
all records and hit Delete! Repeat as needed!

Alternate would be to open a new, blank database, Import all objects (don't
forget things like Macros and Modules) and when you're in the Tables section,
click on Options, and select

Import Tables

then

Definition Only.
