When I copy an address from a letter, or some other place into the address
feature of Outlook or Business contact manager, the system always fails to
recognize the zip. It will bring up the address edit screen and show the zip
stuffed in the state field. I must then cut and repaste it into the zip
field.
I added 275 records by hand, and it did it everytime.
