Running Outlook 2000, some of my emails open at 100% and
others open at 88%. Why won't the 100% stay as the
default? As suggested in another post, I've tried opening
Word with Outlook closed, changing zoom to 100%, then
closing Word and reopening Outlook. It appeared to work,
but after a few weeks, some emails went back to 88%. Does
any one have any ideas how to force 100% to be the default
zoom setting? Any help would be great.
