Zoom view in Outlook 2000

A colleague of mine is using Outlook 2000, however, for some reason, he has
switched his PC on today and when he views his e-mails, the default 'view
size' of his e-mails is 127%. He has changed it back to 100% but it only
works for the e-mail he currently has open, once he closes this one and opens
another, it reverts back to 127%.

Is there any way you can change the default setting for the View Size? I am
aware you can change the font etc. by default but have never come across this
problem before.

Any urgent help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Word as the e-mail editor? Close Outlook and open Word on it's own. Then
change the zoom factor and close Word. When you know open Outlook the zoom
factor should stick.
