Zooming a Form according to the graphic-resoltion-properties

Hi there!

In MS Access a Form Design is depending of the Graphic Resolutin. for
example 1024 x 768. If someone has a higher resolution on his/her screen, is
there a solution, to zoom out the whole Form to fill the screen depending of
the resolutions?
