This depends on where you're getting the map.
If you're getting it from an on-line service such as
Expedia or MapPoint, the instructions from those sites
should explain how to get the features you want.
If you're going to display your own, hand-drawn map, then
you'd have to create the zoomed images ahead of time, and
write some JavaScript to display the next larger or next
smaller picture when the visitor clicks a hyperlink or
button.
