Zooming in on Photos in Powerpoint

I am using Powerpoint 2002, and I have seen other presentations where the
slide zooms in on a photo while the music is playing - it's very powerful.
People tell me this is an plug-in they found on the Micrsoft website - I
can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where I can find it?

I'd guess it's more a download from the MS site that doesn't have anything
to do with PPT. Probably Windows Movie Maker or Photo Story.

Both of these will let you create a video from photos and music. They also
offer a decent variety of transitions and effects (like zooms).
