Hi all,
I have seen this topic posted but I am not following or doing something wrong.
I have done the following:
1) Open a new project
2) create one task called "lay train track" with a 5 mo duration.
3) Add Jack as a resource at $1000/mo
4) Assign Jack to the task
5) Set Tools->Options->Calculate to have Earned Value set to % Complete and
Calculation set to Automatic
6) Set Tools->Options->Schedule to have Duration and Work entered in Months
7) I set my Status Date from NA to be the same as the current date
8) I set my baseline
9) I see my EAC and BAC are now set to $5,000
10) I set my Actual Work field to 1mo
11) I see my Actual Cost field jump to $1,000
12) I set my Status Date ahead by 1 mo
13) I see my BCWS bump from 0 to $1,000
14) I see my ACWP bump from 0 to $1,000
Ok. Now my % Work Complete is 20% with 1mo of actual work. Why does my BCWP
still set equal to 0 ?
My BCWP (earned value) should be $1,000. What I am missing?
Thanks,
Glenn
