Cannot access Communications Manager or send messages to contacts

Hi guys,

i've purchased MS groove and installed it. I've added contacts and can see
their online status but I when i send a message groove tells me it has been
sent and delivered but when i check with my collegues there is no record of
it being recieved.

furthermore, when i check the message history, it is blank so there is no
record i've send the message in the first place, except for in the alert bar
in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

I've also tried to open "communications manager" but nothing happens here
either. i've installed, reload, rebooted and actually bought another licence
to check but no joy.

has anyone experienced this before?
