Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

OSX 10.5, Entourage 2008 My setup works fine in most places. I'm currently connected through a wifi setup at a new location and I can't send email. The error message (-3260) tells me "Entourage cannot connect to the server. Please verify that you are connected to the Internet." I'm receiving mail and the browser works fine.

Not sure if the problem is with Entourage or my server. Or is it something about the setup here? My sister (owner of this location) says she can't send email when she takes her laptop to her office, but she assumed it was because it's a government office with security issues. Could there be something about her wifi setup that requires an unusual setup in the account?

Any suggestions?

The only info we have on this error involves an Exchange account.

Is this a POP account? You might ask again and put wi-fi in the subject to
see if that gets the attention for users that have wi-fi. Get as much detail
as possible about your setup. Also, who is our provider?
