clipboard

Hi,

I have Office Professional 2003. When I copy/paste a few things, the
clipboard appears to the right of the screen. I don't like that. How can I
stop that clipboard from EVER appearing (not in Excel, Word, Outlook, or
anywhere)?

I have repeatedly selected the options button at the bottom of the screen
and deselected "show clipboard automatically" but that only helps during that
session of Word or Excel or Outlook. The next time I launch the software it
reverts back to showing the clipboard. How do I permanently remove the
clipboard from being shown?

Thanks.
Kathy

You were close. Collect Without Showing Office Clipboard is the option you
want to set.

Same problem. Frustrating.

Try this: Tools menu\Options\Edit tab. Near the bottom of the dialog is a
"Cut and Paste Options" section.

Deselect the "Show Paste Options buttons". Click OK and see if that works.
