Comparing Work Variance to other baselines other then the 1st

I have 3 baselines saved. I want my work variance column to calculate
variance from my "baseline3 work." However it only seems to compare against
the 1st baseline. Is there a way to change this?

Hello Seann,

You can calculate the work variance using baseline 3 work by using a
custom text field and a formula. Insert one of the custom Text fields
(Text1, Text2, etc.) into a table. Right click on the column heading
and select Customize Fields. In the Customize Fields dialog box, click
the formula button and enter the following formula:

([Work]-[Baseline3 Work])/60 & " hrs"

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

that worked. This was the route I was going but I was getting strange values
with almost the exact same formula. In any event, your formula worked. Thanks.
