Each time open MS Proj 2007; Always opens a blank project (Can Iturn this off?)

Each time open MS Proj 2007; Always opens a blank project

I have search the options and preferences and cannot find anything to
control. I would prefer to open MS Project 07 and start a new
project or select existing at my choice. Most often I am working
with an existing project and the default blank is just a nuance to
close each time.

Try Tools/Options/General tab and select Open last file on startup.
