Error 2330

I have a VOSTRO 1720, Running MS 2007, small business.
I receive the following: Error 2330. Setup cannot get attributes for file
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Smart Tag\LIST.

Is there a fix for this?
