Error 2330

I own Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. Over the weekend the Suite
disappeared, when I attempted to access a saved file the whole Suite tries to
Configure Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 and comes up with Error 2330 that a
Data File is missing, I tried to use the disk and it did the same thing on
start up - my only other thought is to uninstall and reinstall, can I save my
files somewhere to do that?

Any help would be great,
