Error 2932 Internal Error - Install Office2KXP

Is there anyone out there that could help me with this
issue? Our office pc had Office 2000XP installed on pc at
one time;however, it is not there now. I tried
reinstalling it from CD. Entered in Product Key and it
starts to install -- at the very end I get an Error 2932.
I look it up on microsoft website; however, it is very
vague. Example: Problem caused by: 1-NTFS, 2-install on
Windows 2000; etc. It is NTFS and Windows 2000.
Is there something other than that? It is currently
installed on 4 other pc's that are W2KPro operation
systems and Office 2000XP applications work fine.
