Each time I attempt to send or receive e-mail with Outlook (Office 2003) on
my Windows XP, I recevie an error message No. 623,, indicating "system could
not find the phone book entry for the connection." I have checked all the
settings for the connections and we have selected connection by LAN and SSL.
My e-mail does not go out by clicking "send/receive" but does go out if I
click on outbox which brings up my message and then goes out if I click
"send". However, the e-mail is not received at the other end.
